Metro Phoenix

Metro Phoenix offers fully automated, all‑inclusive hotel apartments in Phoenix, Tempe, Sierra Vista and Chandler, enabling tenants to sign a lease and move in within minutes. Since March 2020, SFO and its affiliates have invested over $200 million in these communities, which recorded an average 90 % occupancy, a $95 ADR and net effective rent exceeding $2,000 per unit in 2021.

Metro Tempe

Metro Tempe Apartments, formerly the Wyndham Hawthorn Suites, has been transformed into a fully renovated 70‑unit studio complex in central Tempe. The property targets occupancy above 90 %, average daily rates over $100 and net effective rents above $2,000 a month, positioning it as a desirable luxury living option and a compelling investment in the Tempe market.

Metro Chandler Apartments, a former Wyndham hotel located in Chandler, Arizona, has been fully transformed by Team SFO into a modern 100‑unit complex with elegant one‑ and two‑bedroom apartments. Metro Scottsdale Apartments, located at 1880 N Scottsdale Rd in Paradise Valley, Arizona, is a converted extended-stay property offering modern apartment-style living with amenities such as an outdoor pool, in-room WiFi, and furnished units. It has been repositioned as a residential-style apart hotel, blending hospitality convenience with long-term rental options.
